INDEPENDENT PARTS SOURCING

A&T can source quality compatible or equivalent maintenance items—including batteries, filters, vacuum-pump oil, and other common service parts—often at a lower cost than OEM-branded channels. Compatibility, available options, and pricing are reviewed with the customer before installation. Genuine OEM parts can also be used when requested or required.

Focused exclusively on independent field service for Mitsubishi CO₂ and fiber laser systems.

Machine accuracy, geometry correction, and process tuning—after crashes, part tip-ups, component failures, or whenever cut quality and tolerances begin to drift.

  • Machine geometry inspection and correction following crashes, part tip-ups, collisions, or mechanical component failures
  • Diagnosis and correction of out-of-square X/Y axis geometry caused by wear, drivetrain issues, or component replacement
  • Precision squaring and axis alignment to restore machine accuracy, repeatability, and required production tolerances
  • Laser head, nozzle, focus, and beam-path verification and alignment
  • Servo, gearbox, and mechanical drive system inspection and adjustment
  • Applications Master support for machines that are mechanically sound but need better speed, edge quality, or performance on tight radii and small features
  • Material- and thickness-specific optimization—feed rates, pierce cycles, gas pressure, nozzle selection, focus position, and power settings
  • Verification of positional accuracy, repeatability, cut quality, and performance after adjustment or repair

LASER SYSTEMS ARE AMONG THE MOST PRODUCTIVE — AND EXPENSIVE — EQUIPMENT ON YOUR FLOOR

Real machines. Documented findings. Practical results.

A look at the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and verification work behind reliable Mitsubishi CO₂ and fiber laser performance.

Fiber PHF2 beam mode comparison before and after maintenance

Fiber PHF2 Mode Verification

Before maintenance, the mode on the left shows lens contamination contributing to poor cut quality. After preventive maintenance, replacement of the protective window and cutting lens produced the clean mode shown on the right.

RDL laser alignment verification

CO₂ RDL Bend-Mirror Alignment

Because the operating laser beam is invisible, the RDL reference must be precisely centered through every bend mirror to maintain consistent cut quality across the full table area.

Cleaned fiber oscillator electrical cabinet

Fiber Oscillator Cabinet Recovery

The oscillator cabinet—where the laser modules combine into the output fiber—was overheating and had been left open, allowing critical dust contamination. The cabinet was cleaned and decontaminated, then fitted with new desiccant to help control dew point.

Laser resonator power supply cabinet inspection

CO₂ Resonator Power-Supply Repair

A bank-unit failure followed neglected cabinet cleaning. The failed bank unit was replaced and the remaining components were thoroughly cleaned to support reliability and service life.

Contaminated laser chiller water and tank before service

Laser Cooling-System Maintenance

Laser cooling depends on clean DI water, correct conductivity, and unrestricted flow. Contamination like this can reduce cooling performance and threaten critical laser components.

Blocked laser chiller Y-filter removed during maintenance

Fiber Chiller Low-Flow Diagnosis

A low-water-flow alarm had stopped production. Inspection found the chiller Y-strainer clogged with debris and restricting cooling-water flow.

Choose a practical maintenance rhythm for your machine and production schedule.

Flexible maintenance options are scoped around machine condition, operating hours, and planned downtime. Final scope and dates are confirmed before scheduling.
